Infantes is an elegant, fresh and vibrant white wine from the Alentejo wine region. It presents a velvety texture, with a crystalline and greenish colour. It is a citric white wine, with tropical aromas, hérbaceous nuances and presents, markedly, aromas of white peel fruit. It is a very aromatic and mineral white wine with a very expressive and fresh acidity.
Winemaking:
Infantes is a white wine produced with white grapes of Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Verdelho from the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine has been transferred to French oak barrels, where it stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Infantes is an extraordinarily aromatic and markedly citric white wine from the Alentejo wine region. It has a velvety texture, marked notes of white fruit, vegetable notes and delicious and vigorous acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
