Coelheiros is a very elegant white wine from the Herdade dos Coelheiros. Its tropical profile contrasts with a magnificent balance of its sharp acidity predominating the aromas of tangerine's bark. It has a fine and very elegant palate.
Winemaking:
Coelheiros was produced with grapes from the Vineyards of Herdade dos Coelheiros in the Alentejo. The grapes were harvested by hand, selected and subjected to controlled cooling followed by a light pressing. The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. 70% of the batch was vinified in stainless steel to show the citrus fruit, 30% in used barrels to grant density and texture of the mouth, using bâtonnage for six months.

Tasting Notes:
Coelheiros is an elegant's white wine, filled with citrus notes and tropical fruits. Of silky texture, the notes of the bark of tangerine dominate in an extremely refreshing and long ending.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
