Kopke Winemaker's Collection is an extraordinary rosé wine from the Douro wine region that presents itself as a very elegant and subtly complex rosé wine. It has an absolutely sublime light salmon colour, delicate aromas of raspberry and blackberries and a light balsamic aroma. It highlights very balanced acidity and exalts an open and very subtle floral bouquet.
Winemaking:
Kopke Winemaker's Collection is a rosé wine produced with red grapes of Tinto Cão from the Douro wine region. After a gentle pressing, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at low temperatures. 20% of the batch was transferred to used's French oak barrels, where it was in contact with the fine lees and subjected, weekly, to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being mixed, filtrated and bottled.

Kopke Winemaker's Collection is a rosé wine from the Douro wine region that presents great aromatic subtlety, very elegant structure and very balanced acidity. With very delicate aromas, it displays delicious aromas of wild red fruits, highlighting a delicate and harmonious floral bouquet along with balsamic notes and notes of great minerality.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
