Bons Ares is a Rosé wine structurally of great complexity and aromatically delicate. It presents subtle notes of wild red fruits, and ripe citrus fruits, such as peach and tangerine. It is fresh, velvety and has superb acidity.
Winemaking:
Bons Ares is a rosé wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tinta Barrocal planted in the Douro wine region. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks and 10% in French oak barrels. The wine has stayed in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being mixed and bottled.

Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tinta Barroca.
Tasting Notes:
Bons Ares is a delicate, velvety and complex Rosé wine. It is fresh with floral aromas and dominant notes of wild red fruits with ripe citrus notes. It is a mineral, elegant rosé wine with very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
