Taboadella Caementa is a mineral Rosé wine with clear aromas. Displays notes of wild red fruits, with notes of wet granite, floral notes and polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Taboadella Caementa is a rosé wine produced with red grapes of Tinta Roriz planted in the Dão wine region. After the pressing process, the wine was fermented at a controlled temperature in cement tanks. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to stainless steel vats where it stayed for 9 months, in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Taboadella Caementa is a very elegant Rosé wine, clean in aromas and immensely crystalline. Displays notes of wild red fruits, such as raspberry and strawberry, with floral notes and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
