Herdade de S. Miguel is a rosé wine from the Alentejo wine region that presents aromas of fresh red berries with notes of tropical fruits. It presents an extraordinary intensity, minerality, freshness and refreshing acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade de S. Miguel is a rosé wine produced with red grapes of Aragonez, Syrah, and Touriga Nacional from the Alentejo region. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at low temperatures. The wine has stayed 4 months in stainless steel tanks, in contact with the fine lees, before being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Herdade de S. Miguel is a rosé wine with a fresh aroma with notes of tropical fruits and red fruits showing an intense, mineral, fresh and delicious citric acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
