Herdade do Sobroso Cellar Selection is a rosé wine from the Alentejo region that is mineral, fresh and exhibits aromas and flavours predominantly of wild red fruits. It stands out for being a dry and delicious rosé wine, with notes of raspberry, wild strawberries and currant associated with a very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade do Sobroso Cellar Selection is a rosé wine produced with red grapes of Syrah planted in the Alentejo wine region. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at low temperatures. The wine has stayed 6 months in stainless steel tanks, in contact with the fine lees and subjected to regular stirred, prior to being bottled.

Herdade do Sobroso Cellar Selection is an elegant, dry rosé wine with a delicious freshness. It presents notes of wild red fruits, associated with delicious notes of blackberries and fragrances of wild strawberries. It is an extraordinary rosé wine with polished aromas and refreshing acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
