Rose Cabriz wine Colheita Seleccionada, has a bright pinkish colour. It's a beautiful Rosé wine with an intense fragrance of fresh red berries predominantly cherries, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. It has a fruity flavour with a distinct volume, silky, persistent and lasting.

Winemaking:
The grapes for Cabriz Rose Wine Colheita Selecionada were manually harvested followed by total destemming, soft crushing and pressing with a quick contact with the skins. The musts were clarified at low temperatures for 24 hours. The different varieties were vinified separately in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of about 16 °C for a period of approximately 15 days. After 4 months of ageing in stainless steel tanks, the wine was bottled.

Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro.
Tasting Notes:
This Cabriz Rose Wine has a bright pinkish colour. It's a beautiful Rosé wine with an intense fragrance of fresh red berries predominantly cherries, strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. It has a fruity flavour with a distinct volume, silky, persistent and lasting.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
