Rosé Vulcânico is an extraordinary's rosé wine produced on the island of Pico in the wine region of the Azores, which presents a light pink color, with touches of cherry. It shows aromas of ripe strawberries, raspberries, and harmonized cherries stand out with notes of iodine and black pepper.
Winemaking:
Rosé Vulcânico is a rosé wine produced with red grapes from field blend vineyards of the Azores wine region. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at low temperatures. The wine stayed 9 months, in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled.

Different red grape varieties such as Aragonese, Agronomic, Castelão, Malvarisco, Merlot, Touriga Nacional, Saborinho, Syrah.

Rosé Vulcânico is a fresh, surprising rosé wine from the Azores wine region, full of mineral notes, iodine and salt, with a textured, velvety structure, and spicy. It is an extraordinary, fresh wine, with aromas of fresh strawberries and very refreshing acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 10 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
