Pequenos Rebentos Brut Rose is a soft, finely structured sparkling wine with salmon tones. It presents an attractive strawberry and raspberry aroma balanced by a very subtle acidity along a fine and elegant bubble, velvety structure and creamy mousse.
Winemaking:
Pequenos Rebentos Brut Rose is a Portuguese rosé sparkling wine, produced according to the Champenoise method and the blend consists of autochthonous red grapes from Sousão and a small quantity of Espadeiro The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel vats and aged in the bottle for 2 years in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Pequenos Rebentos Brut Rose is a subtle, ripe sparkling wine, with aromas of red berries, strawberries and raspberries, with a creamy mouth, a very fine bubble and a long and pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
