Monologo Sauvignon Blanc is an aromatically rich wine with an elegant and delicate structure. Displays diverse floral aromas, orchard fruits, green citrus, and delicate cider notes. It is a fresh white wine, mineral, and ends with polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Monologo Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine produced from the white varieties of Sauvignon Blanc from the Vinho Verde region. Fermentation took place in open stainless steel tanks, and the wine, after the fermentation process, was transferred to stainless steel vats where at the fourth month it was subjected to regular agitation for 3 months before being bottled.

Monologo Sauvignon Blanc is a delicate fresh and mineral white wine. It presents delicate floral hints, and herbaceous notes together with aromas of orchard fruit, green apple, and ripe pear, together with citrus fragrances. It is a very elegant, harmonious white wine that ends with fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.
