Colinas do Douro Rabigato is a white wine structurally fresh, with open and well present citrus aromas and enormous minerality. It presents soft aromas of white pulp fruit, such as green apple and pear, soft notes of dried fruits, and lively and extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Colinas do Douro Rabigato is a white wine produced with 100% Rabigato white grapes from the Douro wine region. After the pressing process, the wine was fermented, at a controlled temperature, in stainless steel vats. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to used's French oak barrels, where it was in contact with fine lees, for 6 months, before being clarified, decanted, and bottled.

Colinas do Douro Rabigato is a very elegant, fresh white wine with a very open aromatic bouquet. It is a white wine that presents minerals with well-defined citrus aromas, aromas of dried fruits, and very balanced and well-marked acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
