Quinta do Cardo Organic White Wine has a pale citrus yellow colour. It has an exuberant aroma with notes of grapefruit, lime and melon and elegant mineral hints. On the palate it has a fantastic volume and freshness with intense citrus notes in a lengthy ending.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Cardo Organic White Wine was produced from organically grown grapes of Síria. The grapes were destemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats where they were fermented at a controlled temperature. After the fermentation, the wine aged on the fine lees, with weekly battônage, until bottling.

Quinta do Cardo Organic White Wine has a lemon green colour. It presents floral and fruity aroma with notes of green apple and citrus, to remember mandarins and lime. It has plenty of mineral notes and a lively and persistent ending.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
