Castello D'Alba Organic is an elegant, citrusy white wine with a wonderful floral touch and tropical nuances. It is a creamy and very balanced wine, with elasticity, striking minerality, and impressive freshness.
Winemaking:
Castello D'Alba Organic is a white wine produced from native white grapes from Verdelho and Rabigato, planted in organic viticulture, from the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process, the wine was aged in stainless steel vats, where it remained in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular agitation for 6 months, before bottling.

Castello D'Alba Organic is a complex, velvety, and extraordinarily balanced white wine. With predominantly citrus aromas, it presents floral nuances, tropical flavours of passion fruit and pineapple, striking minerality, and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
