Quinta dos Castelares is an elegant, fruity and fresh organic white wine. It presents notes of citrus and tropical notes, with floral nuances and a mineral touch. It is a predominantly futuristic wine, very fresh, ending with well-integrated acidity in its aromatic bouquet.
Winemaking:
Quinta dos Castelares is an organic white wine produced with white grape varieties from Quinta dos Castelares such as Códega do Larinho, Rabigato and Gouveio, planted and cared for in organic winegrowing, in the Douro wine region. It is fermented only with natural yeasts in oak barrels. The wine aged for 9 months in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular shaking, before being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta dos Castelares is an organic white wine that presents highlighted citrus notes along with delicate tropical nuances, with notes such as passion fruit, orange blossom and orange peel. It also presents a wonderful freshness in its bouquet and an elegant and extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
