Costa Boal Superior is a velvety white wine, full of aromatic complexity, displaying notes of tropical fruits, ripe citrus fruits, floral nuances and buttery notes. It is a firm and tense white wine with balsamic aromas, vanilla and pink pepper, and very elegant acidity.

Costa Boal Superior is a white wine produced with white grape varieties of Rabigato, Viosinho, Arinto, Fernão Pires of old vines from the Douro wine region. It is fermented using only natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine has maturated for 3 months in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Costa Boal Superior is a complex, velvety, rich and fat white wine. It presents aromas of tropical fruit, exhibiting aromas of pineapple, banana, and passion fruit. It also highlights notes of ripe citrus fruits, scent of orange blossom, balsamic notes and very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
