Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores Encruzado is a white wine produced in the Dão region with indigenous white grapes from Encruzado. After a short period of maceration, in French oak barrels, the wine aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels in contact with fine lees and subjected to regular agitation, before being decanted, filtered and bottled. After bottling, it aged for another 6 months in the bottle.

Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores Encruzado is an elegant and harmonious white wine from the Dão region. It presents a great aromatic bouquet, with notes of dried apricot, exotic wood, toasted cereal, and vanilla. In the mouth, it is engaging, with extraordinary acidity and a long finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
