Quinta de Cidrô Chardonnay is a white wine from the Douro region which has a beautiful and slightly golden colour. Endowed with a lot of complexity, features lush aromas of vanilla, wood and buttery raw fruits. It reveals yellow-ripe fruits as peaches, apricots, toasted wood and spices alongside a great acidity.

Winemaking:
The grapes were hand-picked and unloaded. In the cellar, grapes were destemmed and crushed before the must have been cooled to a temperature of 10ºC. After this period, grapes were pressed, with the must drawn off and filtered for decanting. The must's temperature was then kept at 14ºC, yeast was added, and the fermentation process was begun in open casks of American oak. Once the fermentation phase was finished, the wine was ageing, for 6 months, in new oak French barrels before the stabilisation and clarification.

Tasting Notes:
This Quinta do Cidrô Chardonnay is a oak-fermented white wine with full, ripe and tropical-fruit flavoured. The toast is only perceptible in the smooth creaminess of the texture while acidity and a crisp lemon edge give the wine an attractive final lift.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8ºC - 10ºC.
Quinta do Cume Reserva is an elegant, complex and mineral white wine from the Douro wine region. It presents aromas of white fruit, delicate citrus and floral notes and a balsamic aroma. It is a white wine with a velvety structure, with a very balanced concentration and well-integrated acidity.
Guyot is an elegant white wine, with a velvety texture and delicate citrus aromas. It is a very structured white wine, balsamic and mineral, with floral fragrances, great depth and freshness and delicate acidity.
Rascunho Alvarinho By Quinta de Santiago is an elegant, complex, and intensely citrus white wine. It is a velvety, young wine, of great aromatic concentration, highlighting notes of apricot orange peel and touches of lime. It finishes fresh, open, and with fantastic citric acidity.
Lime green color. Citrus fragrances with intense floral predominance. Full but smooth and fresh with good structure and ripe tannins. Ends dry full of minerality and freshness.
Pera Manca is a white wine from the Alentejo with citrus aromas and yellow bark fruit, ripe melon and lemon. It has plenty of complexity attesting well the aromatic balance with the persistent acidity. It's a bold round wine with freshness a long finish.
Fita Preta Signature Series Branco de Talha is a full-bodied, chemical white wine with nuances of earthy notes involved in citrus aromas. It is a white wine of great complexity in its aromas, with mineral notes, very fresh and marked by notes of lime and ripe citrus and lively acidity.
