Fat Baron Reserva is a fresh, complex, and mineral white wine. It displays a delicate aromatic profile with aromas marked by stone fruits such as mango, melon, and lychees, never floral notes, along with extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Fat Baron Reserva is a white wine produced in the wine region of Peninsula de Setubal with white grapes of Verdelho, Arinto, Chardonnay, and Antão Vaz. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature, and it was subjected to regular stirring for 6 months prior to being stabilised, filtered and bottled.

Verdelho, Arinto, Chardonnay, Antão Vaz.

Fat Baron Reserva is a fresh, mineral white wine that presents an aromatic profile of great elegance and delicacy. It expresses notes of tropical fruits such as mango, lychees, and melon, along with citrus nuances and expressive, very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
