Winemaking:
Rola Gouveio is a white wine produced from white grape varieties of Gouveio from the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process, the wine stayed in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Rola Gouveio is a white wine with a citrus aromatic profile, with delicate floral fragrances and notes of green tea. It is a wine with a mineral structure, with notes of lime and lemon and very well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
