Quinta do Cardo Superior is a white wine with complex aromas and a velvety structure, highlighting aromatic notes of tropical fruits with citrus notes and delicate floral fragrances. It displays a mineral and fresh profile and is also distinguished by its buttery notes, light balsamic notes, and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Cardo Superior is a white wine produced from organically treated Siria grapes. The grapes were destemmed, crushed, and transferred to stainless steel fermentation tanks, where they fermented at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine aged on fine lees, with periodic battonage, in oak barrels, prior to being bottled.
