Quinta Do Cume is a white wine from the Douro that presents a high-quality aromatic bouquet, highlighting notes of ripe citrus fruits, such as grapefruit, peach and lime. It also presents aromas of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and banana, balsamic notes and very well-defined acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta Do Cume is a white wine produced from white grape varieties of Rabigato and Viosinho from the Douro wine region. After fermentation, the wine was aged in used French oak barrels, where it remained in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 9 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta Do Cume is a fruity, mineral white wine with a markedly citrus profile. It displays outstanding aromas of young citrus fruits, with delicate tropical notes of passion fruit, balsamic nuances and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
