Quinta da Pacheca Grande Reserva is a complex white wine, markedly citric and mineral from the Douro region. It displays subtle notes of tropical fruits, citrus fragrances, notes of chamomile tea and balsamic notes. It is unctuous, mineral and with extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta da Pacheca Grande Reserva is a white wine produced from autochthonous white grapes of Viosinho and Rabigato from the Douro wine region. After the fermentation process into oak vats, the wine aged in French oak barrels, where it remained in contact with the fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring for 12 months, before bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta da Pacheca Grande Reserva is a white wine of wonderful complexity and citricity. It is velvety, with tropical aromas, ripe citrus, balsamic notes and notes of tea leaves. It is an unctuous white Douro wine, with amplitude, minerality, aromatically wide open and polished acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
