Monte da Cal is an elegant and aromatic white wine. Its bouquet features citrus notes, hints of tropical fruits, and floral touches. Dry and fresh, its medium body boasts an extraordinary balance between fruit and acidity.
Winemaking:
Monte da Cal is a white wine produced with white grapes of Viognier, Alvarinho, Arinto, and Antão Vaz planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures where it stayed in contact with fine lees, where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 6 months, prior to being bottled.

Monte da Cal is a citric, fresh and elegant white wine from the Alentejo wie region. Displays fresh notes of lime and lemon, presennts delicious hints of passionfruit and frsesh flowers into delicious acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
