Vinha da Valentina Chardonnay is an aromatic, elegant, and fresh white wine. It presents a bouquet of aromas of tropical fruits, with notes of banana and passion fruit, delicate citrus hints, along with notes of dried fruit and very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Vinha da Valentina Chardonnay is a white wine produced in the wine region of Peninsula de Setubal with white grapes of Chardonnay. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature, and it was subjected to regular stirring for 4 months prior to being stabilised, filtered and bottled.

Vinha da Valentina Chardonnay is a fruity, fresh white wine with an impressive aromatic consistency. It displays notes of tropical fruits, ripe and fresh citrus fruits, balsamic aromas, and fantastic acidity, very well integrated into its bouquet of aromas.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
