Branco da Gaivosa is a white wine from Douro Valley that shows a beautiful citric and clear colour. It is a typical wine from the Douro Region with plenty of minerality and a very expressive and elegant aroma, with white flowers, fresh pears, and light vanilla. It has a very good volume, it's complex and it has a very fresh finish.
Winemaking:
Branco da Gaivosa is a white wine produced with several natives white grape varieties from the Douro Valley as the Malvasia Fina, Gouveio, and Arinto. 30% of the batch was aged in French oak barrels with regular bâttonge.
