La Volée Blanc de Blancs Brut is a great aromatic sparkling wine with great complexity, fine bubbles and extraordinary elegance. It presents aromas of ripe citrus fruits, delicate notes of tangerine, toasted bread and hints of lime. Showing topical notes, it highlights nuances of lime mousse, freshness and fantastic acidity.
Winemaking:
La Volée Blanc de Blancs Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with grape varieties of Cercial, Bical, and Arinto from the Bairrrada wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it stayed for 12 months in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation the sparkling wine aged for 12 months in the cellar.

La Volée Blanc de Blancs Brut is a sparkling wine that highlights aromas with notes of pastry, candied fruit, yeast and cereals. It displays notes of ripe citrus fruits, such as tangerine and orange peel, highlighting fine bubbles, lime mousse and incredible vibrant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
