Quinta do Valdoeiro Baga Chardonnay Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine from the region of Bairrada that features an elegant and fine bubble with aromas of dried fruits and fragrances of white flowers. It shows subtle notes of ripe red fruits alongside an invigorating final acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Valdoeiro Baga Chardonnay Brut is produced according to the Champenoise method with Chardonnay and Baga grapes from the region of Bairrada. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented in oak wood barrels in contact with fine lees. It stays in the bottle for 2 years in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Quinta do Valdoeiro Baga Chardonnay Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine with a very elegant bubble, complex aromas of dried fruits, toast, and hints of fresh fruit. It has a very creamy mousse and a very well integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
