Murganheira Reserva Sweet has a citric light colour with boiled fruit aromas and several floral notes. Shows several ripe fruits as apricot and quince and it has a refined and elegant bubble.
Winemaking:
Murganheira Reserva Sweet is produced according to the Champenoise method and the batch is composed of indigenous grapes varieties from the Douro Valley as Malvasia Fina, Chardonnay, Cerceal, Pinot Noir, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional. The wine is pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel vat and it ages in bottle for 3 years in the cellar, after the second fermentation.
