Quinta da Lagoalva is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with grape varieties of Arinto, and Alfrocheiro from the Lisbon wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it stayed for 12 months in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation the sparkling wine aged for 12 months in the cellar.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta da Lagoalva is a sparkling wine with aromas of very ripe citrus fruits, with notes of orange peel, tangerine mousse, and roasted quince. It presents delicate notes of yeast, toasted bread, floral notes and vibrant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Light pink salmon color with persistent fine bubble. The aroma is elegant and delicate, delicate red fruit, raspberries and wild strawberries. The taste is persistent and very deep with a pleasing complexity.

Convés is a delicate and gastronomic Brut sparkling wine from the Alentejo wine region. The aroma exalts notes of white pulp fruit, citrus nuances and notes of toast and light floral. It is a sparkling wine with a fine bubble and elegant mineral notes present and balanced acidity.
Murganheira Grande Reserva Brut presents an intense yellow straw colour. Its fresh aromas are balanced by the abundance of notes of ripe fruit that together with the flavours of the dried fruits result in very complex aromas, impressively fresh and elegant.
Luis Pato Maria Gomes Brut is an elegant and aromatic sparkling wine of the Bairrada wine region which features a fine and persistent bubble and an open aromatic bouquet. It presents delicious ripe whitebark fruit aromas, notes of roasted almonds, bread toast and nuances of fresh yeast. In the mouth, it is fresh, citric and with great acidity.
Messias Blanc de Blancs Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine from the Region of Bairrada that reveals exotic and citric fruit aromas with a very elegant bubble. It has subtle fragrances of flowers, toasted bread and dried almond notes. It presents a delicate mousse along with a sharp acidity.
