La Volée is a Rosé sparkling wine with rich and complex aromas, presenting notes of ripe wild berries, delicate notes of citrus and particularly lime, notes of toasted bread and slight yeast. It presents fine bubbles, notes of raspberry in a creamy mousse and very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
La Volée is a Rosé Brut it's a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method using Baga, an autochthones red grape variety from the Bairrrada wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it stayed for 12 months in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation, the sparkling wine aged for 12 months in the cellar.

La Volée is a delicate, subtle Rosé sparkling wine with aromas of ripe wild red fruits, mixed with aromas of toasted bread, brioche and light yeast. It features fine bubbles, a delicious mousse with aromas of raspberry and wild strawberries, a light lime nuance and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
