For the production of this red wine from the region of Dão, Cabriz Reserve Red Wine, the grapes were manually harvested followed by total destemming and soft crushing, with the solids transported to fermentation vats with controlled temperature with frequent reruns. The fermentation lasted for about 10 days along with a skin maceration. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 9 months until bottling where it remained 6 months until its commercialization.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Monte da Ravasqueira Vinha das Romãs is a red wine with great aromatic expression, complexity in its aromas and great delicacy. It presents aromas of ripe red fruits, mineral notes, notes of berries and wild strawberries, along with balsamic notes. It is a very balanced red wine, with imposing tannins and highly polished acidity.
Herdade do Cebolal Tinto is a fruity red wine, with a good aromatic structure, medium body and very elegant acidity. It presents aromas of red fruits, berries and raspberries, floral nuances, round tannins and delicate mineral notes.
Intense ruby color with purple nuances. Wine with intense aromas, a predominant cherry scent and a touch of citrus, evolving to herbaceous sensations, such as basil and salvia, and final notes of chocolate. The palate is striking, fresh, with fine and long tannins.
Deep garnet coloured. Rich and intense aroma of forest fruit as well as chocolate. Round, ample taste with a long finish. Velvety and complex flavours of fruit, toasted, chocolate and powerful tannins.
Quinta do Vallado Vinha da Coroa is a red wine from the Douro region that is velvety, full of black fruit as blackberries, and cherries, and a solid texture. It is a wine with full of concentration a seductive and fruity core with dense tannins and plenty of minerality.
Buçaco is a red wine that presents rusticity in its aroma, complexity in its structure and elegance in its character. It is a red wine with closed and austere tannins, eloquent in its aromatic bouquet, showing notes of macerated black fruits, floral nuances and balsamic notes along an impressively tuned acidity.
