Casal Garcia is a mid-dry Portuguese Sparkling wine with impressive fragrances of white flowers, a soft and rich mousse and with several flavours of green apples and tropical fruits.
Winemaking:
Casal Garcia is a mid-dry Portuguese Sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method and the batch is composed of grapes from the Vinho Verde Region as Loureiro and Arinto. The wine is pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel vat and it ages in bottle for 2 years in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Tasting Notes:
Casal Garcia is a very elegant mid-dry Portuguese Sparkling wine with a perfect balance of residual sugars and its acidity. It is full of apple flavours and it has a wonderful creamy mousse.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
