Casal Garcia is a mid-dry Portuguese Sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method and the batch is composed of grapes from the Vinho Verde Region as Loureiro and Arinto. The wine is pressed in pneumatic presses, fermented in stainless steel vat and it ages in bottle for 2 years in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Tasting Notes:
Casal Garcia is a very elegant mid-dry Portuguese Sparkling wine with a perfect balance of residual sugars and its acidity. It is full of apple flavours and it has a wonderful creamy mousse.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
Quinta do Valdoeiro Baga Arinto Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine from the region of Bairrada which presents a medium bubble, subtle aromas of forest fruits, toast, yeast, hazelnuts and delicate notes of dried figs. It has a lively and elegant acidity balanced by an attractive mousse.
Murganheira Grande Reserva Brut presents an intense yellow straw colour. Its fresh aromas are balanced by the abundance of notes of ripe fruit that together with the flavours of the dried fruits result in very complex aromas, impressively fresh and elegant.
Casal Mendes Blue is a blue sparkling wine with a sweet profile, with a very elegant mousse, a vibrant and expressive bubble, a lot of freshness, with some notes of yeast and toasted bread and some dried fruits.
Messias mid dry is a Portuguese sparkling wine very interest from the region of Bairrada. Although being in a Mid-Dry category, it's not too sweet and it has plenty of freshness, dry figs, some some toast notes and a very interesting acidity along with a fine and elegant bubble.
Caves São João Bruto is an elegant and balanced sparkling wine. Displays citrus notes with hints of toasted bread, ripe apricots, tangerine peel and hints of lime. Persistent bubble, harmonious core and velvety acidity.
Murganheira Velha Reserva Mid Dry reveals plenty of apple fruit aromas, peaches and caramel. It has a remarkable balance between acidity and its ripe fruits and it shows a wonderful and refined bubble.
