Giroflé Alvarinho is an extraordinary Vinho Verde white wine, both for its aromaticity and for its minerality and freshness. It is a markedly citrus white wine, with tropical notes and floral fragrances. It is tense, fresh, with delicate balsamic aromas and very elegant citrus acidity.
Winemaking:
Giroflé Alvarinho is a white wine produced in the wine region of Vinhos Verdes from white grapes of Alvarinho. The wine was subjected to a short maceration before the fermentation process at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats. After the fermentation process, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it was in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular agitation, from 9 months, before being bottled.

Giroflé Alvarinho is a structured, elegant and full-bodied Vinho verde white wine. It presents citrus aromas, with tropical nuances and slight balsamic notes. It is an intensely aromatic and fragrant white wine, fresh and mineral and with citric acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.
