Kopke Rosé Port as a bright pink colour. Sweet with strong flavours of ripe strawberries. It is a mature and fruity Rosé Port, finishing with sweetness and freshness.
Winemaking:
Produced under the traditional vinification method used for Rosé's Port Wines. Decantation, separation of the larger particles and clarification before cold fermentation and interruption by the addition of brandy. Maturated in stainless steel vats. Cold stabilization before bottling.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Barroca
Tasting Notes:
Bright pink colour. Sweet with strong flavours of ripe strawberries. It is a mature and fruity Rosé Port, finishing with sweetness and freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept standing at 16-18 ° C. It is ready to consume and does not need decantation. Serve between 4ºC and 6ºC.
