Pocas 30 Years Old Tawny Port is an extraordinary 30-year-old Port wine, concentrated, dense, and full of impeccably mature fruit aromas, due to the aging stage in oak wood barrels. It presents elegance, freshness, tertiary aromas, notes of vanilla and honey along with extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Pocas 30 Years Old Tawny Port, is an aged Tawny Port wine produced from autochthonous red grapes varieties from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, and Tinto Cão. The grapes were foot trodden in granitic Lagares and after a long maceration, the fermentation process took place at controlled temperatures. When the wine had achieved the sweetness desired the wine spirit (Aguardente), was added to stop the fermentation. Pocas 30 years old Tawny Port is the result of the blend of the best batches of Port wines which aged in oak wood vats, for an average age of 30 years old.

Tasting Notes:
Pocas 30 years old Tawny Port is an opulent, rich and elegant 30-year-old Port wine, which presents intense aromas of matured fruits and aromas of dried fruits, raisins, prunes, dry apricots, honey scents, nuances of candied orange peel and it ends on an extraordinary acidity.

Serve temperature 12-13°C.
