Alambre Moscatel de Setubal 40 Years Old is a muscat wine with intense aromas, balsamic flavours full of expression and opulence. It is a sublime, fine and rich muscat wine, with a velvety body and honeyed texture. It presents sweet aromas of tropical fruits, caramelized citrus fruits, figs, notes of cinnamon, cloves and vanilla along with delicious acidity.
Winemaking:
Alambre Moscatel de Setubal 40 years old is a muscat wine produced with white grapes of Moscatel de Setubal planted in the Region of Peninsula de Setubal. After the brandy adding, the wine has transferred to French oak half barrels for an average maturation of 40 years prior to being stabilized, filtrated, mixed and bottled. The wines that compose this batch has a minimum age of 40 years old of maturation in French half oak barrels.

Alambre Moscatel de Setubal 40 Years Old is a subtle, luxurious and impressive muscat wine. It presents an extraordinary aromatic bouquet, luscious notes, caramel, with tropical fruit, citrus fig and balsamic aromas of enormous complexity and involvement. It presents an enveloping and vigorous structure, with notes of cloves and cinnamon and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8°C-10°C.
