Aguardente Velha Quinta das Bageiras is an elegant and harmonious Aguardente Velha. Combines notes of evolution with the freshness of vegetable aromas, caramelized notes and fantastic balsamic notes. It is a very fine Aguardente Velha, full of sobriety and very soft.
Distillation:
Aguardente Velha Quinta das Bageiras is produced by the traditional method, being distilled twice, through the stills, from the marc of the red grapes of Baga, which were fermented without destemming in open mills. After the double distillation process, the Aguardente Velha Quinta das Bageiras was transferred to French oak barrels where it aged for 10 years.
Tasting Notes:
Aguardente Velha Quinta das Bageiras is a remarkably balanced and elegant Aguardente Velha. Presents herbaceous notes, balsamic notes and notes of spices and vanilla. It is an Aguardente Velha full of intensity, caramelized and with a persistence of remarkable aromas.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at room temperature protected from sunlight. Serve at 18-20ºC.
