Cherry brandy presents a fine and delicate aroma of cherries and a light scent of crushed fresh almonds. It is a soft and fine spirit, very aromatic and very pleasant with a very mild alcoholic expression and delicate aromas of subtle cherries.
Distillation:
Cherry brandy was produced by the fermentation of cherries which, after being crushed, has fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the musts were double distilled until a high-quality cherry brandy was reached.
Tasting Notes:
Cherry brandy is a fine and incredibly aromatic brandy. It presents delicate aromas of cherry together with notes of fresh almond, fresh wild fruits and delicate notes of fresh herbs. It is an extraordinarily delicate cherry brandy.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at room temperature protected from sunlight. Serve at 18-20ºC.
