Maynards Colheita Tawny 1968 Port is an extraordinary port wine beautifully balanced between ripe red fruits and dried fruits and features a dry core of old gold. It presents intensity, product of the aging in wood, for more than 50 years, that turned this Port wine into a deep and concentrated wine.
Winemaking:
Maynards Colheita Tawny 1968 Port was produced by the traditional Porto wine method. This is a wine of exceptional quality, from a single harvest. It maturated in wood, for over 50 years, although, Colheitas Port wine never are less than 7 years of ageing in wood casks.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Sousão, Tinta Amarela, Tinto Cão.

Maynards Port Harvest Tawny 1968 is a complex, rich and opulent's Port wine. It features a clear gold colour and slightly ruby rim. It stands out for its balance between ripe red fruits and dried fruits, for presenting a dry, intense core and ending in a delicious acidity with citrus jam taste.
