Maynards Colheita Tawny 1975 Port is a mature, rich and complex Port. The extended stage in French oak barrels, for over 40 years, has shaped this Port wine, making it fine, polished and opulent, where the aromas of caramelized fruits stand out, in addition to citrus jelly and light acidity.
Winemaking:
Maynards Colheita Tawny 1975 Port was produced by the traditional Porto wine method. This is a wine of exceptional quality, from a single harvest. It maturated in wood, for over 40 years, although, Colheitas Port wine never are less than 7 years of ageing in wood casks.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Sousão, Tinta Amarela, Tinto Cão.
Tasting Notes:
Maynards Harvest Tawny 1975 Port is an intense and opulent Port wine with a tight aromatic bouquet of flavours of roasted quinces, vanilla, cinnamon, citrus jam, ending into delicious acidity of caramelized citrus aromas.

Serving temperature at 10ºC-12ºC.
