Maynards Colheita Tawny 2008 Port is a young's Port wine that has very balanced acidity and has a bouquet full of ripe citrus aromas and good notes of evolving aromas of dried fruits, toasted bread, and caramel notes.
Winemaking:
Maynards Colheita Tawny 2008 Port was produced by the traditional Porto wine method. This is a wine of exceptional quality, from a single harvest. It maturated in wood, for over 10 years, although, Colheitas Port wine never are less than 7 years of ageing in wood casks.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Sousão, Tinta Amarela, Tinto Cão.
Tasting Notes:
Maynards Colheita Tawny 2008 Port is an elegant's Port wine with outstanding citrus notes compare to the subtle but delicious evolution aromas which are already presented in its young and ripe core. It has a soft and delicious scent of vanilla, caramel, and dried fruits and finishes long and with very balanced acidity.

Serving temperature at 10ºC-12ºC.
