Messias Colheita 1950 Port was produced by the traditional Porto wine method. This is a wine of an exceptional quality, from a single harvest. It maturated in wood, for over 50 years, although, Colheitas Port wine never are less than 7 years of ageing on wood casks.
Grape Varieties:
Old Vines of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão, Tinta Barroca.

To drink a Messias Colheita 1950 Port is a delightful experience where you might feel the magic of the wine's ageing in wood, (the process who has transformed the fruit's residual sugars into delicious secondary aromas), such the flavours of as sweet raisins, dry apricots, the smooth touches of vanilla interwoven with honey hints with fragrances of orange peel alongside a great acidity.
