Château Minuty 281 is an exclusive and fine rosé wine from Côtes de Provence region. It's intensely fragrant with wonderful complexity and dominated by an aromatic fineness of white fruit such as peaches, melon and subtle notes of raspberries. It features notes of iodine and, great depth and a Mediterranean minerality.
Winemaking:
Château Minuty 281 is a rosé wine produced from red grapes of the region of the Côtes de Provence as Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault. After a directly pressed the wine is subjected to a rigorous settling and then the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures. The wine stays in stainless steel tanks, prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.
