Barbeito Malvasia Cândida Reserva Especial is a dry Madeira wine, complex and very iodized. It features notes of molasses and sugar cane, aromas of tropical fruit such as banana and pineapple flanked by saline mineral notes and perfect acidity.
Winemaking:
Barbeito Malvasia Cândida was produced from autochthonous grapes of Malvasia Cândida a rare and autochthonous variety from the Madeira wine region. Fermentation interruption was induced with the addition of brandy. This wine was aged by the traditional "Canteiro" process for 15 years in French oak casks. This wine is a blend of the bests Malvasia Candida's batches of Madeira wine.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at 13ºC to 14ºC.
