Barbeito Malvasia Single Cask 2004 is a wonderful Madeira's wine, intensely aromatic and rich in flavour, elegance and displays at fantastic acidity. It presents intense aromas of tropical fruits, such as notes of passion fruit, pineapple and melon. It is a wine rich in mineral notes, light salty notes and vigorous acidity.
Winemaking:
Barbeito Malvasia Single Cask 2004 was produced from autochthonous grapes of Malvasia. Fermentation interruption was induced with the addition of brandy. This wine was aged by the traditional "Canteiro" process for 15 years in French oak casks. This wine was aged in a single cask, and it was chosen by its wonderful balance between sugar degree and by its sharped acidity.

Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at 13ºC to 14ºC.
