Blandys 5 Years Old Reserva is an extraordinarily elegant Madeira wine, with markedly intense and tropical aromas, with outstanding aromas of passion fruit, slightly fermented sugar cane, saline and mineral notes. It is a rich Madeira wine, with caramelized texture and vibrant acidity.
Winemaking:
Blandys 5 Years Old Reserva is a Madeira wine produced from autochthonous varieties of Malvasia and Bual from the autonomous region of Madeira. The grapes, after being pressed, fermented individually in American oak vats at controlled temperatures. After fermentation was stopped, the wine from each grape variety has staged separately in American oak casks, using the traditional "canteiro" method for 5 years and after being mixed, it was refined for another 6 months before being bottled.

Blandys 5 Years Old Reserva is an extraordinary Madeira wine, rich, intense, full of tropical aromas and saline notes. It presents honeyed texture, with intense notes of molasses, sugar cane and flavours of passion fruit and banana. It is an elegant Madeira wine, with lively and vibrant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at 13ºC to 14ºC.
