Blandys Malmsey 15 years old is a rich Madeira wine, with intense aromas of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and pineapple, mixed with flavours of sugar cane and squeezed lime. It has stunning acidity, encompassing a complex bouquet of aromas of dry tobacco leaf, dried fruits and caramelized orange peel.
Winemaking:
Blandys Malmsey 15 years is a Madeira wine produced from autochthonous grapes of Malmsey from the Madeira wine region. The grapes, after being pressed, were fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. After fermentation was stopped, the wine was transferred to greenhouse tanks, where it was subjected to a cyclic heating and cooling process, with temperatures between 45ºC and 50ºC, for three months. After this process the wine has staged in American oak casks, using the traditional "canteiro" method for 15 years old prior to being bottled.

Blandys Malmsey 15 years old is a delicious, complex Madeira wine, rich in aromas of passion fruit and pineapple, seasoned with salty and iodinated notes. It presents a complex bouquet of aromas of dry tobacco leaf, sugar cane and dried fruits. It is an exuberant wood wine, exotic and of enormous aromatic intensity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at 13ºC to 14ºC.
