Favaios Moscatel do Douro 1980 is an exotic, clean and complex muscat wine. It presents a bouquet full of balsamic notes, accompanied by aromas of tropical fruits and caramelized citrus. It has full of freshness, depth and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Favaios Moscatel do Douro 1980 is a muscat wine produced with grapes of Moscatel Galego planted in the Douro wine region. After the adding of spirit, the wine has transferred to French oak half barrels, where it has aged since 1980, prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Favaios Moscatel do Douro 1980 is a complex muscat wine, intensely aromatic and deliciously balsamic. Features notes of honey, caramelized citrus fruit, tropical fruit, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla. It is a delicate but imposing muscatel wine, fresh and with polished citrus acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8°C-10°C.
