Quinta do Cerrado Touriga Nacional is a complex and full-bodied red wine from the Dão region. It features intense notes of ripe black fruits, ripe fruit scent like plums, cherries, and figs, very well integrated into mineral notes to earth moist, rock and some citrus tips. Features good wood hints, and an extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Cerrado Touriga Nacional is a red wine, produced from indigenous red grapes of and exclusively Touriga Nacional. from the Dão region. After a long maceration of 14 days, at cold, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Then, the wine has been transferred to new's French oak barrels where it has stayed for 6 months prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Quinta do Cerrado Touriga Nacional is a red wine of great aromatic intensity, with austere and sharp tannins from the Dão region. Dominated by notes of ripe black fruits, it is harmoniously balanced by its mineral and citrus notes and a fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 16ºC-18ºC.
